HEDGEHOG GUARANTEE:
All hedgehogs from New Harmony Hedgehogs have a six month congenital defect and 18 months WHS(Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome) guarantee. If a vet necropsy(require a copy of a necropsy report) is done and states the hedgehog passed away from a congenital defect or WHS, A replacement hedgehog will be given in the event that a Necropsy Report is provided to New Harmony Hedgehogs by a licensed Veterinarian stating that it was in fact W.H.S. or congenital defect(6 months). The owner of the hedgehog is still responsible for all costs of veterinarian visits. The hedgehog WILL NOT be replaced and ALL Health Guarantees are nullified if it passed away due to:
sick hedgehog shows signs of abuse, poor nutrition, negligence, injury, poor hygiene, improper diet, or illness due to not being cared for correctly. Replacment will be of equal or lesser value after Necropsy.
Payment:
We only accept cash, and PayPal (an additional fee of 3% will be required for PayPal). All payments must be paid in full before the hedgehog can go home.
Pick up only we do not deliver.
A $25 deposit is required to reserve a baby. This will be deducted from your total price at pickup. Deposits may be paid through PayPal plus a 3% fee making your total $26.50 may be paid in cash. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cannot pick up the hedgehog within 7 days when hedgehog is ready to go home, all payments must be paid in full before the hedgehog can go home.. The remainder of your balance is to be paid in cash upon pickup. I will not accept any other method of payment on pickup day. If paying full amount through PayPal, there will be a 3% charge.
If the hedgehog is not paid in full within those seven days, he/she will be placed as available and your deposit will be forfeited.
Hedgehogs will be placed on hold for up to 2 weeks (14 days), with no additional charge, if full payment is not received after 14 days, a holding fee of $10 per week will be applied.
